Brittany at the bar was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we always had what we needed. She had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience fun and welcoming. Jamie, the manager, was just as impressive — professional, kind, and clearly someone who cares about both the customers and the staff. You can tell they both take pride in their work. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had!

Brittany was friendly, attentive, and stayed on top of everything from start to finish. Our drinks were always full, the food came out quickly, and she made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. She had a great attitude and made us feel welcome the entire time. Jamie was just as impressive. You can tell good management when everything runs smoothly, and that’s exactly what we experienced. Jamie checked on us, made sure we were satisfied, and clearly leads the team well. It’s always refreshing to see employees who genuinely care about customer service. We’ll definitely be back because of the excellent service we received! 👏

I usually get wings or a burger, both of which taste like angels frolicking on on my taste buds. The service is always excellent, and I especially want to shout out Alexis for her attention to our table when we dined at Jefferson's tonight.

I had to ask other servers for things, if they wouldn't mind because I couldn't find my server at all. The food was good but I don't think I will be back because of all the other factors.
