  We came yesterday afternoon after an event at The Venue. They were very crowded and the waitresses all were super busy. Our waitress Kacy explained that they were a little backed up in the kitchen, but she did her best to get our food to us as quick as possible. She checked on us several times, an engaged in conversation with us and our toddler. Even tho it did take awhile to get our food, our service was excellent and we will definately be back!

  Went their and ordered an appetizer and 2 drinks it took 30 mins for that 2 come out and we still waited on our wings for another 25 to 30 mins and when they brought it out it was cold as if it came out of the refrigerator I will never go back just the appetizers and drinks was 42 bucks I canceled our wings and left

  We arrived at around 3pm to being told there was a 20 minute wait. Alright, that's fine, we'll wait. Ended up having to wait more like 30 minutes because we were getting skipped for people who came in after us. After getting seated, it was then another wait for drinks and orders, and then yet another long wait for our food, which came out barely warm and with heat-lamped fries. When we asked to speak with the manager to attempt to get some sort of discount for it taking 2 hours total and the food being mid at best, we were not able to. I don't know what the manager was doing, but they either told our server they wouldn't, or our server felt too afraid to ask the manager at all. To top it all off, our waitress (who I will not name in case of retaliation by management and was the only good part of this experience) felt the need to make up for it herself by taking one of our meals from her tips. In what world does the innocent waitress feel the need to do that? How terrible is your management? Do not come here, and if you do, please give the serving staff your patience and a good tip. They need it.

  Came in at 10:03 to have dessert and a soft drink and after being told to wait for to go than the Togo person handing us our menus and saying she would let the server know we are here well it is 10:21 and we still have not had anyone come to our table.

  If this place has a manager he or she needs to be fired. Currently sitting 45 minutes waiting on draft beer. No manger on the floor no one to ask for help. Waiter is trying but useless. Stay away Ok over an hour later food came and its not bad. Still no manager on the floor
