  For about the fourth or fifth time we had another terrible experience. First, had to ask the hostess to please look at us and seat us after our booth was cleared and cleaned because she was playing on her phone. Secondly, took over 30min just to get a menu, ordered an appetizer, a water and ordered drinks. After another 15-20 min I went to the bar to get our drinks myself because appetizer was served but no drinks. Multiple times we had been told sorry for the wait, I’ll have those drinks in just a second. Finally the server came back, took our order And again apologized for the “delay.” Place order for two beers and 15 wings with fries. 20 min later, cold wings get placed on our tables that tasted horrible, like fishy! I had to go get our drinks again, at the bar myself and the smallest vat of fries I’ve ever seen were delivered. We both ate a wing, almost threw up and tried to send them back but never saw our waiter. I finally went to the kitchen door and waited until he came out so I could explain. Then it took me about 5-10 min just to pay for our drinks, appetizer and fries!! Not only was this the worst experience in a restaurant in Gadsden; it wasn’t the first time BWW here has sucked! I even tried to call customer service and they won’t answer! I’ll never go back.

  We have eaten at this restaurant twice and both times was a bad experience for us. The first time we went in to eat, gave them our order and waited 30 minutes. We finally asked how much longer for our hamburgers and they admitted the order was lost. How do you lose an order? We are senior citizens and we eat out fairly regular. This has never happened at other restaurants. The second time, which was recently, the order came out to us pretty fast, but we got no silverware. We had to wait for the waitress to come back around to ask for silverware. Then the wings we ordered were so hard we couldn’t eat them! Totally overcooked. We will never go back there.

  Very slow to be seated, no one at the hostess desk. Waited 30 minutes to talk to someone, then once seated took about an hour and 15 minutes to get food. The Onion Ring appetizer had like 4 pieces on it which isn't a lot considering its $9.99. Waitress was super kind and the issues were in no way her fault. Seems to be a management issue.

  This location has really fell off. Filthy and the staff are terrible. Waitress took our order, brought our drinks, came back an hour later with our bill. Never brought our food or refilled drinks, no silver ware napkins or a check up. Seemed surprised we never got our food. The only reason we stayed as long as we did was because someone else brought our appetizer. No manager anywhere. Filed a complaint thru the app. Won’t be back

  We tried to order online could not get website to work finally just had to call order in for pickup got home with food drinks were unsweetened tea they were supposed to be sweet the bone in wings obviously had been under a heat lamp for a long time we were missing an order of fries the fries we did get were old and hard the cheeseburger was not good the food was just terrible we will never eat their again this was the Gadsden location we were very disappointed.
