I’ve had one issue out of 100 drinks and they be had no problem fixing it for me! Yes they get busy and sometimes there is a line. I never wait over 10 minutes or so and it’s worth it to me.

Birthday "coffee" was awesome. Can't believe I didn't snap a photo. Usually 2 very long lines but staff is outside getting the orders and never waited more than 10 min. Usually a lot less. Be sure to sign up for points but make certain they get your phone number before the order or its a hassle getting them added. BUT they did add them once I pursued it. Once they had an entire school bus from another county but the wait was very minimal. Staff members are young and full of smiles and make you feel welcome. Check them out. You won't be sorry. Oh! The menu is huge so check it out before you go to avoid being overwhelmed. Iced or hot. Sugar free and decaf is available for those with dietary restrictions. My new FAVORITE place to slide through. Pics coming soon!
