  This is a mediocre McDonald's. In the mornings, I like to stop and get a buscuit with 2 honey cups. The service was friendly but the buscuit was greasy!! And hard. Two days in a row. :( Personaly, the McDonald's buscuits at the Tarrant location beat out any other restaurants, period!

  absolutely terrible experience. waited 30 minutes to get two drinks that were completely wrong and they lied straight to my face about the drinks. They said they had no caramel frappe and then proceeded to give the people right behind me in line a caramel Frappuccino. all my food got cold waiting on this drink. They were rude and they were fighting right in front of me, and other guest. This location was not overwhelmingly busy either during this. not to even mention, I ordered a plain cheeseburger with nothing on it and they got that messed up and got mad when they had to redo it. besides my terrible experience, hands-down, the worst thing that happened was a worker being rude to their fellow coworker that was clearly special needs. listened to them cuss out and yell at the special-needs person right in front of guest, which is completely and utterly unacceptable. thank God, there’s a McDonald’s 10 minutes away from this location because me or any of my family or friends will be coming back to this location. would’ve asked for a refund if it didn’t already take me 45 minutes to get everything. HORRIBLE!!!!!

  They need to teach these young girls customer service skills told me to come around to the first window, no one was there I drove to the next window and then I backed back up to the first window …I see a girl eating in a room she looked at the window and came to the window with an attitude talking about what you had or what you ordered I’m like baby girl please not today but the other young lady said she got it and then I drove up to the next window to get my food. Just unnecessary attitude and I don’t mix attitude with my food. I usually go to Gardendale I just didn’t feel like going that far down today.

  I ordered breakfast and was unable to get the food I wanted. I was trying to get a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit combo and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo. What I got was a bacon and cheese biscuit (no egg) and a sausage and egg biscuit (no cheese) and 1 hash brown. I have avoided this location before, and this just convinces me to continue avoiding it. Drive a few more minutes to the Gardendale location, it will be worth it to get your order correct.
