- LLLora Ladngfor1 day ago3.0What a disastrous way to end a long travel day. We chose to sit at the bar, which was as busy as the restaurant. The server had a lovely personality but was on the struggle bus trying to tend to customers. One of the hosts was trying to help her. We waited 20 minutes on drinks. The appetizer came somewhat quickly but was lukewarm. The dining room was out of silverware so the host jumped in to rescue the bar by grabbing bread, silverware & drinks from the kitchen. The salads were OK. The entree took atleast an hour. Where are the managers in this establishment? An elderly lady almost fell & complained to which an elderly employee said "when that happened to me once I lawyered up". You can't make this stuff up. I was stunned. Then the evening ended with dirty restrooms & no toilet paper. Bring back the establishment Outback used to be 10 years ago because tonight's experience was NOT worth the $84 we paid.

He was very polite, warming, inviting and just a all around good person. The manager Lisa was also great. Please go by and ask for Eric. You will not be disappointed.

Everything was perfect Except when I went to the pick up area which I felt I had to because I was not able to park here the pickup area was, I was given a bit of an attitude because I came to the door. Perhaps if there was a check in option I wouldn’t have felt the need to go to the door and upset the person. The food was great tho.
