  We arrived at the restaurant at 5:30 pm and was told it would be 20-25 minutes before we would be seated. I was good with that wait time on a Friday afternoon 45 minutes late we were seated. The waitress was at the table with in 5 minutes and got our drink order and appetizer . With in 15 minutes we had it arrived at our table all was good . After one hour later we had no food. We were told they were waiting on bake potatoes. Then out food was delivered to out table my wife order was wrong and we no bake potatoes. The manager removed the appetizer and my wife’s meal from our ticket but he charged me full price for my meal with no baked potatoes. We paid 30 dollars for 2 sweet tea’s and half order of cheese fries and a 8 oz steak . I will NEVER return to this restaurant. I could give them a negative star’s review I would.

  Exceptional Service!! Upon arrival I was greeted and seated immediately by the hostess. I was serve by Ms. Brittany who has excellent customer service, very nice, patient and understanding. I ordered a very special drink that exceeded my expectations, hats off to the bartender. I ordered the 20oz Bone in Ribeye (medium) I received it well done. I ask my server about it she immediately got on the task of replacing it with what I really wanted. The steak that replace the first one was more than excellent and delicious. Miss Lisa the manager came and apologized for my first steak not being cooked to my expectations and told me she would handle everything. HATS OFF TO HER WITH THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, I will be visiting again very soon.

  My daughter and I had lunch at Outback/Fultondale. First of all, the pecan Bleu cheese salad was excellent. As an appetizer, we ordered a blooming onion, which was very greasy with a burnt grease taste. The bread was served cold and my ribeye was of poor quality, mostly fat, and with NO grill taste! My daughter’s sirloin was too tough to eat. The server got her another steak and it was a little better. The tiny piece of chicken was very dry. The potatoes were good as was the asparagus. The whole process was subpar, especially at $90+. We will not be returning to this restaurant. We are writing this off as a bad experience! My daughter is a Veteran and asked about the program for Veterans Day, after she had ordered her meal the server returned and said he was told she would have to order a certain meal! Needless to say, TOO LATE!!

  Hello everyone I went to eat my and my wife the food order was wrong and they charged my credit card didn't correct the amount when we left they charged my credit card again without my permission has not gave me my money back they know how to steal from you don't give your credit card to them when I called them she act dumb and she was mad so she can get away from not returning my money but how did she charge my card without my card

  Eric was our server tonight, was by far the best customer service interaction I've had in my life. 10/10 would recommend having him as your server. He timmed everything perfectly, never let drinks go empty and was on point. Super nice and friendly guy!!!! Unfortunately I don't get to make many of these great reviews but it gives me hope when I get too! Thank you Eric for an amazing experience. We also had 18 people.
