  Ordered to go back in December, got home to eat food and all dips were missing from app combo. My wife's steak was cooked spoiled. I called immediately and complained and the manager on duty offered to refund the entire bill. This did not happen. I was given a print out showing they zeroed out the bill but the payment had already been processed so the print out was worthless. I got a missed call from Terrance who ask me to call him back but he is never in, at this point I dont know if he is avoiding me or if the rest of the staff is not giving him my messages. As I said this is ongoing since December and it is almost March, I will continue the emails and bad reviews until thier promise of a full refund is kept.

  I visited here February 15 2026.My steak was salty and undercooked. The floor seems as if someone used grease water to mop the floor. It took fifty minutes for a steak and mash potatoes. I had to tiptoe from the bathroom to keep from falling on the greasy floor and the chicken dinner my daughter had was bland and overcooked. Worst experience from a restaurant to date.

  this is the second time having this experience.. was told wait time @ 5:00 pm was 45 min to hour to be seated . after 1 hour and 10 min I asked " how much longer" we were next.. got seated, ordered and after we ordered food ,we were told this may take longer than normal .. we were fine with that .. after 1 hour and 15 min later. we got our food..(way too long) they forgot to order my mom food.. so we all ate while she watched.. we waited another 45 min for her food..then asked for manager and had to ask her food be cooked ASAP we were all done and she still had not got her food... they forgot my brocolli, and forgot kids fries.. they gave us my mom food for free. but we were ready to leave after being there since 5 p.m and was now 830.. she had to take her food to go and i asked for 50% off our ticket but she only gave us 25% off.. the food was good but having to wait over 1 hour for our food and mom having to wait almost 2 for her food.. and they forgot 2 of our sides as well.. last month went and waited about hour for our food after ordering as well .. will not go back anytime soon.. fultondale,Al outback ..

  Four people went to eat at outback in Fultondale a few days ago. We got there around five in the evening. We did not get seated until a little after 6 o’clock. After our order was taken at 6:15, three out of the four people at our table got their food around 7:30. One person never got any food even though the order was taken at the same time as everyone else’ order at our table. Everyone at the table was eating while one person never got their food. We were told that one order was given to another table. The server put the order in again for the fourth person but that order was put at the end of the order request. We let the manager know what happened and asked that she put the order in so it would be prepared immediately. The fourth person finally got their food as we were leaving We asked that some of our bill be removed since one person never got their food until we were leaving. We were at outback about 4 hours from around 5 that evening until 9 that night because of the way our order was handled. The food was great, but the service was probably the worst we’ve ever had at outback or at any other restaurant.

  So yesterday (02/05/26) around 515-530 I went out with three of my friends for dinner, 45 minutes to an hour had gone by and there was no sign of our server (Brandi) since she had taken our food order. I then approached the host and explained the situation. The manger was sent to our table to confront the issues, a few minutes after the manger had left the table, I had overheard employees mentioning she was in her car when having active tables. Other tables in her section were also complaining and also had the same manger come to them. I have eaten here many times before and I know as a customer you use the kiosk to pay and it gives you the option to leave a review. However, when paying for our meals the server would not allow us to handle the kiosk, she held it the entire time refraining us to leave a review which is why I’m leaving it here.
