Waited out in line for 20 mins and sat at the speaker for 5 more minutes before driving off. My line never moved. Fast food has really taken a crap.

Service was good from the young guy , he was respectful, even though the manager left me standing at register to tell a cashier at drive through something, she was not friendly, nor respectful....she .just walked away and I realized she wasn't coming back, we left

recently visited the McDonald's at 239 Howell St, Fultondale, AL and unfortunately my experience was disappointing.
First, the service was very slow. Even though I ordered at a relatively quiet time, I had to wait several extra minutes just to get my order. When it finally arrived, some items were missing from the bag and the ones I did get were not up to standard.
Second, the cleanliness of the dining area was lacking. The tables had leftover crumbs and wrappers, the floor had sticky spots, and overall it gave the impression that staff weren’t keeping up with upkeep. In a fast‑food place, you expect at least the basics of cleanliness to be consistently maintained.
When it came time to use the restroom, I was even more dissatisfied. The bathroom was dirty and poorly stocked. The sink area had water splashed everywhere, soap dispenser was empty, and the toilet stall I used didn’t feel properly cleaned. For a chain with the resources of McDonald’s, this falls well short.
I understand all restaurants can have off days, but this visit failed on multiple fronts—service speed, order accuracy, dining area cleanliness, and restroom upkeep. Because of that, I can’t recommend this location at this time.
Rating: 1 out of 5 stars — I hope management addresses these issues so future visits are better.

If I could give 0 I would came thru the drive thru at 930 pm trying to order my food and the girls that work at night like to play games on the speaker was talking in Spanish and when I’d say hey can I order they would do it again and laugh n kept doing it multiple times until I drove off that’s so unprofessional especially when I’m trying to feed 3 kids after a long day of work I won’t be back that jus shocked me how ppl play at work n nothing is done about it

Typical McDonald’s experience maybe on even the lower end don’t recommend going in unless you want to hear the staff yelling and arguing with each other very loud environment. Inside drive-through is fairly quick definitely prioritized over the dine in and carry out carry out. I ordered in advance and I still had to wait 15 minutes after I got there so that was a bit of a letdown. It’s McDonald’s food I mean sometimes it’s fine. Sometimes it sucks. I don’t know what to tell you not a great seating on the inside. It was at least fairly clean.
