I don't know the ladies name who started taking our order, "older, white, slim," I started giving my order, and this being my first time here, I wanted the bacon cheese burger, she asked about the toppings, well this being my first time, I wasn't sure what toppings they had, so I asked, well that's when the attitude started, and it just got worse, I asked if the tomatoes were crisp or not, and the attitude went full blown trailer park, so my wife and I walked out, deciding to go somewhere else, We ended up going to Bojangles in Fultondale, awesome customer service there, friendly and courteous, plus their chicken is awesome. But back to Five Guys, We are an interracial couple, and I truly hope that in itself didn't play into this ladies attitude, but that is a thought, since neither my wife nor I was rude in any way. If this is normal for this woman to act like this, you might need to reassess your need of her.
