Bojangles in fultondale is absolutely outstanding.p I've been coming here for the past couple of months having my breakfast and the customer service is top notch the food is always fresh and delicious I have made it a habit to come here every morning. Everybody has great customer service in the inside but one of the employees stand out to me she comes up to me she asked me if there's anything that I need or anything she can help me with she's always polite when I walk in and when I leave out she's a young white female and she works the morning shift. Just want to give an especially thanks to her for all she do.

We waited for approximately 6 to 8 minutes and no one even acknowledge us being there! The man working the drive through made eye contact with us 2 times (he came from behind the counter to the drink machine) and never said a word to us. We left and went to Hardee's and had fantastic service and the best smoke sausage biscuit that I have ever had! Bojangle lost our business and Hardee's for the win!!!
