  I gave it a try again. The lady in the window is super sweet tonight. The lady on head set right now is a complete jerk and not letting people take their time to order. She’s yelling what over and over. I’m I recommending this location to everybody. Go to Gardendale instead.

  Alyssa is one of those gem humans our world needs more of. She served with a smile and so much kindness. My Rueben was delicious. It's been years since I've been to Arby's. Only went over because of Sophie Cunningham. Will be back. God Bless Alyssa! You are so 😍 loved.

  I don’t know why they insist on closing early. This is by far one of my biggest pet peeves. Look, if you want to close at 11:00pm or 10:30pm, I actually don’t give a “know you what” when you close, this is America and you can close when ever you feel like closing, but PLEASE just close WHEN YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO! Don’t say open until 11:30 and me rush as fast as I can, cause I know you don’t want to make food 2 minutes before the door locks, just to get here almost a half hour before you claim to close. No one even answers the drive through to tell us what’s going on, we know ur in there. Then again if I could have ordered on line, you’d probably had to do your job, but your app sucks just as your ability to stay open as advertised. O well, won’t be back here.
