  Whoever was working at the front/mobile orders Thursday April 23 at 10:30 AM did a terrible job at customer service. Nobody greeted me or the people that were coming in, and I was standing at the pick up order area for a couple of minutes and nobody came over to ask for a name. My order was hidden, and I literally just grabbed it myself and left. The workers obviously saw me and other people waiting and did not seem to offer me any assistance. Rude service.

  Great service I got my food relatively fast 8:29 which is pretty good considering the place was absolutely packed every seat in the restaurant was filled the employee Chris who refilled my drink and took my order was very professional and incredibly nice the same could be said about Ashley she was the person who brought me my food she made sure I had everything that I needed overal I would say they both went the extra mile

  Stopped here with the kids on a road trip. Fantastic place. Food was good, but more importantly this is a location with a play area for the kids! Sooo great to have them get some energy out somewhere clean & safe. They even had some games & books. We highly recommend this location.

  You built a brand new two lane store, you're only using one. I used the mobile app and waited in line for 10+ minutes to begin with only for my food not to be ready at the window. I can't believe you would've gotten rid of all of the competent people from the previous store but no one here seems to know how anything works. I'll avoid it from now on when I used to get food at least once a week for 5 people. Money poorly spent on a new build. At least make one of the lanes a mobile lane like Trussville

  Drive thru line slow even if you order on the app, there is no drive-through line for online orders so you will be waiting in the regular line what was the point of a new building if you didn’t add an express lane for app orders as busy as Chick-fil-A
