The past couple of times we ate here overr the past few weeks, the food was terribly prepared, lacking much of any substance other than tortillas, made wrong, inedible due to tough and chewy wraps or soggy tacos to the point I had to open them and let them dry before I could peel them off the wrapper, or all of the above. Tonight, I had to remove half my wrap from my crunch wrap because it was too tough to chew, and I ordered 2 cheese quesadillas (nothing added or left out) which ended up nothing but just barely enough cheese to stick the tortilla together with. The cinnabons were good, that's it.

Then served said fries to another customer who saw as well. A she told them she did not want the FLOOR FRIES. The attitudes from everyone were literally sucky. An then management had the audacity to be disrespectful to my daughter. This mom doesn’t play. A you maam need another. My daughter is 14 and quiet. She wasn’t rude to anyone. It is gross how today turned out. I am unsure why the service was distasteful and disrespectful. But I will be going to be making a report to corporate! Shame on you!
