  Never had an issue with this location, but I do pick up instead of delivery. Food is made on time and service is pleasant.

  Today was the first time in forever if ever, I had a problem with this dominos. I placed a delivery order and it said deliver however no food was at my door nor did anyone knock. I had to called the store 7 times within 20 mins. Finally a young lady picked up apologized, verified the address, and assured it would be sent back out. Fast forward 1hr later no food. Called back several more times finally got someone on the phone and they put me on hold. I stayed on hold the whole 10 mins ride to the store. I get there to the cooks are standing around not doing anything, and the phone is face down on the counter and I’m still on hold. I kindly asked for my refund she offered to remake the food and give the refund but I did not want to give dominos another 15 mins of my time. I highly do not suggest this location as they do not value their customers when it comes to Delivery and answering the store phone.

  The website was down because all three people were SWAMPED with orders. I should have been annoyed having to come to the store for my order but the fact that the young lady (White female) and the two kitchen staff workers(black young men), one making pizzas, one doing EVERYTHING else- they had the most pleasant and uplifting attitudes that God handled me right then and there and humbled me so much I had to give them each 20 dollars a piece just for the attitude they had while they pulled together to patch a sinking ship. Management for this location should really be looked into, my business orders from here very often- relying on Polaris to ensure our accuracy. I was informed he was not there any longer and it shows, but my only regret was not getting these three individuals names so I could further amplify their exceptional attitudes and professionalism in the middle of a shift meltdown.   Ordered 2 pizzas, knots and a coke over two hours ago for delivery and never got my food, even though the app says delivered by Connor. I called to the store and the woman who answered the phone is clueless. I was left on hold for over 30 mins and when I called from a different phone, while still on hold, the woman said she was speaking with the manager. I get in my car and head to the store, still on hold, to find other people impatiently waiting on their food. I ask for the manager, she is just as clueless. She calls the store manager, he eventually walks in, rude, didn't speak to any customers to try to work out anything. He just jumped in on the line and started fixing pizzas and yelling at what little staff he has in the store. I will NOT come back here, and honestly, I hope no one else does!!!

  I asked for napkins for my ordered i was informed they don’t give customer napkins smh i have never heard of any mess like this they may as well shut down that’s giving the company it’s broke
