  Best food in the area, great attitude, food always hot, the absolutely cleanest Arby's I found in Birmingham it was pleasure eating here

  They cashier was rude I just ask if I could get arbys sauce and she screemed it's in the bag but then get home &there was no sauce at all in the bag

  I had mobile ordered a classic roast beef and cheddar meal with an 8pc jalapeño bite and a mozzarella stick. i ordered an extra cheese cup as well as arby’s sauce and marinara. when i get to the window i received awful service didn't say a word to me, it was Kayla Griffin, when i opened my bag i had not received my jalapeño bites or any of my sauces. i was extremely displeased, i talked to manager Kelliena Stanfield, she was extremely helpful and kind. she even gave me a free jalapeño bite, because of her i will be returning to this location.

  Ordered food at drive yhru. Got sent to another parking spot to wait. After 10 minutes waiting had to leave to go back to work. Several people waiting in these spots just as long. Ridiculous!!!!!

  Didn't get the order right and they jipped me on the fries, I didn't do a thorough check of my order because the lady who took my order and the cashier were nice. Make sure to always check your order, and to get a receipt. Edit: Having to go back and get a refund for half my order because the 2 sandwiches that were supposed to be cheddar roast beef already didn't have cheddar but when I went to prep and eat it, it had a sauce on it and it tasted faintly like chemicals and the roof of my mouth burns now.
