  Horrible experience, whoever was on drive thru register at 8:30 on Saturday needs an attitude check. If all you’re going to do is huff and puff and sigh on the live microphone and act like us ordering a meal is such an inconvenience, you should probably go work somewhere else.

  Took my kids and their friends to Wendy’s and from the start staff complained about the amount of sandwiches they had to make (5 children) and then argued with me about getting my order wrong…I just had them refund my sandwich instead of continuing…they kept looking at me because I told them I chose to spend my 60 dollars there instead of elsewhere and that was job security… after that the manager was nicer than she started out!

  Terrible waiting time , over 30 minutes wait time for fast food is too much not to many people ordering and a very long wait time . To much work for the old lady to handle . Some people even left without their order because they were waiting for too long

  Ordered a frosty and ajr cheeseburger at 8:55, received for at 9:30 after 3 others walked out. Frosty was half melted and burger was burnt and cold.

  Just left here with the family because you can see the worker complaining about her job and plain out said she wasn't taking anymore orders. To where I can see and hear that. Never had any type of experience like that at a fast food place and left. Never will be back to that one . What a shame for that chain
