  If they hired good servers, this place would prob be great. (Wonderful outdoor patio area) Early evening of 10/19, not busy at all, we had to hunt down a server . When we found one, she seemed upset that she had to serve us so we left. We would like to try it again if they hired a more professional staff.

  Excellent service, food, and atmosphere!! April was very friendly and provided amazing service. The karaoke and the DJ Play it again Sam rocking the drums on rock band really made the night exciting!! Highly recommend!

  So the first thing I can say about this place is that it can’t decide if it’s an amusement arcade or a pub. Instead of isolating the arcade away from the dining room, you can enjoy watching & hearing teenage boys 10 feet away competing for bragging rights as they whale away for all their worth on a punching bag. Now … as weird and annoying as that is … it’s not the worse thing about this place. The staff (who were very pleasant) have received little or no training. We had to ask for menus & weren’t asked about drinks until after we’d ordered food. If there’s a chef here; we’re guessing he/she didn’t go to chef school. The fries are great. Of 5 of us, only one person didn’t leave most of their food. He had a burger. At 2/3 of saying it was ok but the bun was greasy & the “chef” had emptied the worlds supply of salt on to it and then burned/charred it to seal in the intense salty flavour. One of our guys ordered a steak n cheese thing. Said the cheese was rancid & took 2 bites of the steak and decided he’d risked enough. Not sure who owns this place. But they really need to hire a proper & good restaurant manager. As well as a proper chef. Until they do. Don’t waste your time or money here.

  Service was terrible! We waited almost an Hour for bar food- French fries with ground beef, nachos with ground beef, one pretzel, and 1 order of egg rolls. The loaded French fries and nachos were exactly the same, with just meat and melted cheese on top. We were just about to pay for our drinks and leave when after 55 minutes the food was brought out. Nothing like waiting an Hour for Frozen bar food! How hard is it to make nachos? These were literally just chips, meat, and melted cheese! Service and food was Terrible! Save your money and go Somewhere else!!
