I love this place but it started to get pretty pricey. I was craving their lava bread, so I called one in and was shocked to find out it was $30 for pretty much a pepperoni pizza when I picked it up. It’s not a pizza it is an appetizer hence the lava bread. Pretty disappointing and dissatisfied.

I saw this pizza place was voted best in the county so I wanted to try it.
We walked in at 7:30p and were rudely greeted with “to go?” Ummm, no, we’re were hoping to dine in. “We close at 8pm”. We were begrudgingly offered a table and told if we could eat and scoot we could order. I really wanted to turn around and walk out of the door at that point and wish I did. We annual come to Baldwin County, and that was by far the rudest we were ever greeted.
We ordered cheesy garlic bread which was pretty good. Feeling rushed we ordered the aloha pizza add mushrooms. It arrived quickly (without the mushrooms) and it was ok. It had a nice undercarriage.
We left BEFORE 8pm, thankfully! Employees already had their coats on. I’ve never felt so rushed to order & eat in my life. If you’re going to have a business based on customer service, I’d think you’d be OPEN til closing time, not wanting to walk out the door at 8pm sharp.
There are a zillion places to eat in Foley, I don’t think we’ll be going back here again. We like to visit local places when we travel and try to hit the best places, but being in and out the door in like 30 mins or less is not our ideal scenario for dining out. I wish we patronized someplace else that was more welcoming.
** If you’re still reading, I OVERWHELMINGLY write GREAT REVIEWS, but if you’re not welcoming when we walk in the door, you’re already starting off in the hole! **

Me and my family vist mostly every holiday to visit our Grandparents. Everytime we are down here, we love trying new things. But, we visited the Brick oven last time we were down here, and enjoyed every bit of it. We decided to return for a 2nd time and it was Even better! Me and my dad got the Brick oven. It is a spicy pizza with cheese, pepperoni's, italian sausage, chopped and grilled. Red peppers, spicy tomato sauce, and much more! I would definitely recommend it if you are into spice, and can stand some heat!
The service was great, our Server was very friendly and even gave us a warning if we could handle the spice.
Thank you Brick Oven, for the amazing food, service, and wonderful atmosphere.
