Yesterday I waited in the store for 33 minutes. An older man came in after me and by the time I finally left he had been standing at the counter for over 15 minutes and no employees had been to the counter or even said a word to the guy. They were still taking drive through orders instead of catching up with what they already had or touching the counter when there were about 5 people waiting. Corporate would be mortified if they could see how this place operates. Its shockingly bad.
