I keep waiting, still my order not taken. 10 mins passes and I said excuse me to one of the two worker "is there anyone to take my order" I was told "its red cup day and they have a line out the door" I look around. 2 guest. Now confused, I make a mobile order. (Still no one actually taking my order while standing here) It's now been 20 mins, still no coffee. This is crazy. I miss my Starbucks in Downtown Fort Walton Beach, Rose @ uptown never would have made me wait.

When I asked if I could get a refund they said I had to called the company. I called, I didn't get my refund. This was a terrible experience.
