This time as u can see the bread is almost half uncovered. Fries are only a third the container they come in. Getting fed up with the rip off. Customer service is good the cook has a mouth and should be fired.

I managed Burger King for 12 years and I understand peak times but during down time the lobby is one of the first things that should be taken care of as it is customer perception.

When I arrived at my office and opened my meal, I realized it was incomplete the French fries were missing, and the chicken strips were extremely overcooked. They were dark brown, dry, and had a slightly burnt taste. I checked the app to report the issue, but it only says to call the store for any concerns. Unfortunately, I cannot return to the store to pick up the missing items, so that part of my order ended up being lost money.

After canceling our online pickup order, we pulled around to the pickup window to find the girl just glued to her phone. I can’t believe a restaurant would hire such an incompetent staff. I understand when you’re busy, it takes some time. It doesn’t take 35 min to make a hamburger and fries. This review could have been avoided however, the communication or lack there of was absurd. This place is a dumpster fire
