It was such a delight to see her again and meet everyone during lunch today. The new location is pristine, comfortable, and beautifully updated — truly state-of-the-art. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, and the entire team was friendly, professional, and genuinely engaged with every guest. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and served quickly, and of course, no visit is complete without one of their signature Blizzards or soft-serve treats. It’s refreshing to see a locally operated Dairy Queen maintain such high standards for cleanliness, quality, and hospitality. A perfect stop for both locals and visitors after a day at the beach — or anytime you want a great meal and a smile.
- JJJefferyNov 4, 20251.0The girl working in the drive-through was incredibly rude every time I come through you can hear her talking and swearing about customers after she walks away and give a dirty looks when you ask questions or ask for something like a lid for your blizzard so it doesn’t leak all over your cupholder. The girl working in the drive-through is my only real concern. She’s super rude. The first time I come through, she made my blizzard wrong and I had to come back in, and I can hear her swearing in back about me because I complained about the blizzard being made wrong. It took the manager coming up and telling her that she was still making the blizzard wrong for the second time before I got the right order.

The crew here was so very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The gentleman on the phone explained that someone there was willing to write on the cake, but that it would not be professional, so to speak. This was not an issue for us. We just merely needed happy birthday and the name of the boy whose birthday it was, written on the cake. They went above and beyond to try to accommodate us and it surely did not go unnoticed or appreciated! They were so nice and helpful and such a Blessing to us!

After receiving yet another hardly chocolatey choco extreme blizzard, I went back inside and asked if I could get one with more chocolate. The girl told me “we can only put a certain amount without it getting all runny”. She was not willing to make a new blizzard with more chocolate. A man also behind the counter said it was fine and he’d make another one. But the girl continued to argue with him. So I told them to just keep it and I left. I’m so glad I paid for something that I didn’t get to eat.
