Giving a shout out to Brody. We made a late night run last night to get blizzards. We waited in the line to order for about 10 minutes although we were the only car sitting out there. We were then asked to pull up to the front and waited another 10 minutes before going inside to ask about two blizards we had ordered. We noticed Brody running back and forth and trying to help several people who had issues with their orders. He asked if he could help us and we told him we ordered two blizzards and have been waiting 20 minutes and just wanted to see if they were ready. He checked on them and discovered they had not even been made. There were also several other blizzards in the bucket that were melting that were other people's that had not been delivered. He seemed a little overwhelmed but was very professional, polite and apologetic. We definitely understand that things happen, businesses can be short-staffed, orders can get overlooked or mixed up. It's easy to get frustrated and be impatient, but thought that it was worth acknowledging this person who was doing his best. We noticed about six other employees including an assistant manager. Brody just stood out to us as going above and we hope that his work ethic is recognized.

The Manager here does not take food allergies seriously. Thank God my door dasher put in the business to make sure the MANAGER of the store didn’t accidentally kill me, as they advised him of such. If you cop an attitude because you have to do your job, then maybe you shouldn’t work there.

Stopped by to eat at 9:38 p.m. and all the doors were locked. Sign on door stated they closed at 10 pm. Customers inside and workers cleaning tables and serving. No workers would acknowledge that we were at the door.

We drive thru so many times lately because 1. Ice cream tastes better in winter 2. Everybody else’s ice cream machines are broken 😆 or “being cleaned” This location is so very clean. The staff is cheerful. Food is always fresh. Ice cream always tasty, even near closing time. Our fave girl is Kassandra because she just is always always on the point. Every day. Any time day or night. The same great attitude. How do you do it, maam??? We LOVE YOU! The whole team is great, though. Thanks and keep it up 😊💌

I keep forgetting that their chicken strips are not good anymore. I wish they would go back to the ones they had when I was a teenager. Also they don't have the dipping sauce they used too or the opportunity for some gravy on side. The French fries were hot and fresh though. Also my company seemed to enjoy their burger, onion rings, and vanilla malt. Very nice service too.
