The Carne Asada was well done and scraped out of the bottom because they had not replaced it with the fresh meat they were cutting up. I mentioned that I would like fresh meat several times but to no avail! The gentleman next in line was served the fresh Carne Asada and was served twice as much! The workers were very unfriendly and hard to understand. The price for what we got was too much. Lesson learned, we won’t be back!

I always order peppers, and they’re never in my bowl. I’ve ordered chips and guac numerous times, and 9 out of 10 times when I do curbside, they’re “out” of guac — with no way to get refunded. They just tell you to call the number on the receipt, which leads nowhere. When I try going inside to fix it, the place is filthy — paper towels all over the floor, the counters a mess, and 10 employees standing around ignoring customers walking in. They’re constantly out of basics like rice, guacamole, and peppers. The store is completely mismanaged and it shows every visit. Absolutely unacceptable experience every single time.
