  We ordered through the app and went to pick it up. Had to wait in line for 20 minutes. Whoever made my burrito…. I have taken my grievance against you to the Lord and have given the matter to Him to deal with. You’re under Heaven’s jurisdiction now. How dare you put each ingredient into the tortilla in a clump, all in a row, rather than layering them together?! Who hurt you?! Why did you decide to wreak your villainy on me, an innocent customer?? I took this massive, icy cold lump of stretchy tortilla and hesitantly ate a bite, only to be greeted with an entire mouthful of tomato salsa. Disgusted, confused… I took another bite and found nothing but romaine lettuce mixed with salsa. I put burrito onto a plate, cut the tortilla open, and found a monstrosity. All the steak was on one end of the burrito. All the rice was next to the steak. My corn salsa was in the middle, and the salsa and romaine were on the other end. Madness. I can only assume whoever made this burrito is a chaos entity inhabiting the body of an ordinary human. I am legitimately praying for you and your mental health. In 38 years of life I’ve never wanted to fight someone more than I want to fight you. I hope we never meet.

  I have had numerous bad experiences with this location. They tend to always be out of something. This time they were out of chips before they even closed mind you it is 7 PM and they are open until 10. Numerous times they have been out of the fajitas. I ordered on the chipotle app And I have no way of getting a refund for the $10 that I spent on a large chips and queso. The store always seems to struggle.

  Trash doesn’t get taken out and always out of food. It’s 7pm and they don’t have chicken Al pastor, white rice, carne asada or barbacoa. They were also out of veggies and mild salsa. The dining room was a complete mess and the workers seemed to have no motivation to fix the issues. The food quality is awful. Save your time and money and if you’re craving chipotle I recommend going to the Daphne location. This place is not worth your time.

  First off, let me j I come to this location about once a week. Typically around 4:30 when they start to have a dinner rush they are understaffed already. The cleanliness of the store is typically hit or miss. And I don't think I've ever seen the same employees twice. Today when I went in there were two people ahead of me. The girl working the line who I assume was the manager by her attire help the two people in front of me. When other employees begin to show up she went over to the time clock and started talking to them while I was waiting in line. After a couple of minutes of standing there, I went ahead and left. Whether I come back to this location again is up for debate because this is pretty typical of the service.

  I have great respect for the staff at Chipotle in Foley, AL because they hustle. Although they have been sometimes short-staffed through the years, they always hustle and try to be cheerful about it. A week ago, one Chipotle Staff named Grace was especially working fast to fill drive-through orders and then doing her best to wipe down tables in her free moments. I usually stop and eat there on the way home at night and will order a Steak or Chicken bowl and then ask for Vinaigrette to add to it. I didn’t bother asking about the Vinaigrette or even mentioning it because I had already overheard thar they were out. Grace saw me in line and (just out of her own goodness and great work ethic) she took the initiative to say “Give me 5 minutes and I’ll make you some Vinaigrette”! Wow!! Brightened my whole day! People often speak badly about the young generation but I was so impressed at the initiative, work ethic, and genuine kindness of this young girl. She could have taken some well-deserved time to rest and instead she wanted to make someone else’s life better. She deserves a raise and great praise from Upper Management for being such a great worker and person
