  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by Chipotle in Foley, Alabama and had a solid experience. It’s a smaller Chipotle, but there was plenty of seating when we went, which made it comfortable to sit and enjoy the meal. I ordered the Carne Asada, which recently returned as a limited-time favorite. While it was seasoned with lime and cilantro and cooked well, I didn’t think that much of it overall. My girlfriend had the Barbacoa, and it was the standout. The shredded beef was incredibly tender from being braised for hours and packed with rich flavor from seasonings like cumin, cloves, and bay leaf. I’m definitely looking forward to trying the Barbacoa next time. Fresh ingredients, good portions, and this is just great Mexican comfort food. We’ll be back.

  Literally the worst Chipotle I've been to. Went inside and they said they couldn't give me any guac and that I could only get it if I put in an online order. I did. They didn't give me any guac although i paid for it. Spend your money elsewhere.

  I come here no less than twice a week, I order the exact same thing every time and it's usually pretty good! I order drive thru pick up everyday for 2:40, sometimes it takes 20+ minutes to receive my order. Often time no napkins or utensils (i started keeping them in my car is so often forgotten) It really depends on the crew member working the windows. I'd give 5 stars but the portion and freshness inconsistencies won't allow me to.

  I've written in about the dirty condition of this restaurant several times, I've spoken to several people who identify themselves as the manager, and nothing is ever done. Last night (7:30) the restaurant was dirtier than I've ever seen it. The prep counter was completely littered with spilled food. THEY SLIDE YOUR BURRITO THROUGH THIS MESS! It was really bad, the worst I've seen it. There was food spilled in the ingredient pans, like salsa in the sour cream. Every table was dirty, and the drink area was dirty and unstocked. When I was a kid and worked in food service, we were taught, if you spill you wipe it immediately. I could do it as a teenager. Why is it so hard for your crew? I was the only customer and there were 4-5 employees. A report to the health dept is in order, and I will be making one.

  It was a Thursday and the energy to cook was lost. Chipotle door dash was the answer. The call comes in, the steak is out. Chicken it is. Dasher arrives quick as can be and we open the bag. Its a warzone in there. That being said, the package was not jostled or turned about but under the hood the chaos began. The burrito 🌯 in all its shredded tin foil glory looked like it was put together by Frankensteins apprentice. The kids taco kit..dragged from the pit of unimaginables. The chicken cold & clammy. I could taste its last breath of life. The chips burned within an inch of their existence then thrown to the salt mines. Whats that you said? Green tomatillo? Here’s some red infeno to keep the party going! All and all the queso was warm and swaddled the burnt chips like a blanket in their crumpled bag. Would I do it again? Absolutely. Truthfully this is the first encounter of this kind and it may not have been pretty but hell I’ll leave the porch light on for it
