  My children and I decided to stop here for lunch. We received our food rather quickly for the amount of people that were there. The staff was amazing and welcoming. There was a manager i believe her name was Kieara she came around speaking with the customers. She came to me and my children and she just put a smile on our face. She welcomed us to the restaurant, she cared about the quality of food. I told her I would have liked for my fries to be a little hotter which it didn’t bother me. Before I could say anything she spoke on her headset and I had fresh fries being brought out to me. Overall my visit was pleasant and we will be back

  This has to be the cleanest restaurant in the city. Food and customer service was excellent. I'd take my family again. They some real nice folks over there.

  I always stop here omw home from work. i work 3rd shift so thats usually around 3am. For the past 2 days ive had the best customer service experience ive ever gotten at whaburger. I hated coming here over night because they simply didnt care. but it was this or mcdonalds. Who ever you guys have working the over night shift needs to stay put. Ive never gotten my food so quick and good and a smile at the window after working a full shift is what we all need

  We had a treacherous travel from Mississippi where all the ice Storm is no power anywhere no help in sight, all the way to Florence Alabama and we are literally running on 3 hours the last few days and on the right hand side, Whataburger appears my Husband and I was so relieved to see it there were started celebrating because we are about to have our FRIST hot meal since the Winter Ice ❄️ 🧊 Storm blew in... I love this place already but after the great service kindness and compassion from the workers there great amazing hot food we were so grateful for them and all that they did for and just seeing another person with a kind smile to greet us, Whataburger will never be the same for us, in a great way that is!! So yes, I highly highly HIGHLY recommend this place of business!!!!!!!!!
