I have had Panera French Onion soup many times and always enjoyed it until today. The other times it had the cheese melted covering the top. Today just had some cheese shredded in it. The soup was lukewarm warm (at best) and the taste bad. I tried to eat it, but no way. It was that bad. When I ordered I was give the option of an apple or chips. I told them I always was given an option of bread. She said they didn't have bread. Panera Bread with NO bread...interesting. I was not offered a receipt. The tables and floors were dirty. The person calling the orders was shouting the names loudly even though they hand you that vibrating coaster that alerts you that your order is ready. Also they only have a few spots to park by the restaurant so you park in the shopping center lot and walk over. I won't be coming back there.
