Multiple dine-in orders were wrong, but only one corrected. Second, tried to get a box of bagels. Never, in all my years, has Panera bread said they didn’t have bagels. 5 different cities and this is the first one in 22 years that couldn’t deliver with a 2 hour online notice. Every other locationI have gotten in drive-thru with no notice. This is the “Panera breadless” of Panera.

Im going to make sure this gets escalated BEYOND management. This is absolutely ridiculous. This location is the worst place to order food from in the area. CONSTANT, back to back issues. This food isnt cheap and you people need to make sure its all right.
