  Front of the House was Great, took care of us, we were happy, then the food came, our upgraded Sides were room temperature. The Salad was 2 Cherry tomatoes Split, 4 croutons, Covered in Bagged cheese. The Steaks were Low Quality, You got us this time. We won't come back.

  We ordered our meals on the carryout. The food was made to order and delicious. The carryout employee was very positive and friendly.

  Service and atmosphere was nice but dry. It was about expected nothing above our expectations though. Last month, We went and had our first ever Outback Steakhouse steak at a training store in Conyers, GA and their cook MOE hit it out of the water!!! AMAZING!!! Wow!! Yall gotta check him out!!! It was juicy, flavorful throughout and not spicy and everything was straight PERFECTION!!! But today our experience here at Florence was less than par. Something we would expect at an Applebees. Extremely disappointing. We were on a time crunch so we didn’t have time for things to be reordered or otherwise change our selection. We have to be at a certain location at a certain time. Everything was spicy and too much pepper. So much so that our daughter couldn’t even eat and we had to order a macaroni and cheese separately for her. She could not eat any of the steak nor the salad because even the salad dressing was too spicy. What the heck?! Cesar salad dressing should not be spicy like that. Being on a budget and having to spend out unecessarily because your cook can’t make food right was very unsettling. I highly encourage and recommend you send ALL your cooks to Conyers Georgia to train under Moe so they know how to get everything perfect. This steak was cooked a little more than medium well and it was very peppery. It makes us glad that we didn’t order any bigger steak or individual servings as we like to try new locations as thrifty as possible. It would have been more disappointing if you can’t get an 8oz right, it would be difficult to get anything bigger right. Sad to say that we regret spending $40 here on something that was less than par and was Applebee’s level of experience. We’re just checking to see if other Outback Restaurants were like Conyers and clearly was not. Would not recommend this store to say the least!

  Don't go here if you have any allergies! The waitress either didn't relay the information to the kitchen or didn't care. She was rude from the start. My plate came out with items on the plate that I could not have and did not ask for. I sent it back and was not comfortable eating anything there at that point. Just wanted to warn anyone that may have serious allergies because it could be dangerous for you! Another tip is don't ask for butter with your mashed potatoes unless you want to pay extra. I just thought that was odd because no where does that. Not the biggest deal just worth noting how it is there.. Also never received an apology or anything. She snatched my plate up without saying a word when I told her I couldn't eat it. No manager came to speak to us or anything. Just all in all a terrible dining experience.

  Prime time, Friday evening. We checked in at the host desk - _15-20 minutes, we will text you_. Fine. Instead of hanging in the waiting crowd, we just went back to our car. Bing! Time to go in. Being so busy we got one of the last tables for two available. Ok. I ordered a Cobb Salad with added shrimp. The wait seemed overly long, but considering the crowd, ok. As for the entrée salads Outback gets five stars. Fine chilled lettuce, egg, bacon crumbles and more - standard recipe but very tasty and moist. But the shrimp were a bit over cooked and dry, and I guess you don't get cocktail sauce. Lastly, the vibe was pretty noisy and background music was there but we couldn't make out any tunes. So overall, this Outback did the job but I couldn't make a five star review.
