    Was in town visiting family and we don't have Krispy Kreme where I live. The donuts were great and the staff was very friendly. The lady did appear to be overworked running drive thru and walk ins. She was doing her best and stayed communicating the entire time. We even got a free dozen glazed due a promo while we were there. We always stop by when we are in town.

    First time coming here. Ordered on the app before I got off work. Get here to pick it up and they don’t have my order and tell me to substitute something as they didn’t make the specific donuts I ordered and didn’t mark it as unavailable. Then I’m trapped in the drive thru for 10 minutes and then told to park and wait another 10 minutes for a refund. Definitely won’t waste my time here again.

    Came in at 4pm on a Monday. The machine was not running, and when I tried to order, I was told they only had the small selection that was in the display case. They did not even have any original glazed. It was 6 hours till close. The doughnut I did get was stale.
