  I usually go to Subway but it was very busy tonight, so I thought I'd try JJ. There was only one other customer there and now I know why. Maybe Subway has spoiled me. I asked what types of bread they had and the server looked confused. She said, we have 8 inch or 16 inch. I said ok, I guess I'll have 8 inch white bread then. I told her I wanted a veggie sandwich and while I was paying, she got it completely finished and wrapped. I couldn't see what she was putting on it because of the way the lids block your view. She never asked me what veggies I wanted, what kind of cheese I wanted, which condiments I wanted, or if I wanted it warmed or toasted. I got home with a tomato, lettuce, and cucumber sandwich with a thin smear of mayo and avocado, which I detest. No pickles, peppers, spinach, or even salt and pepper. Very disappointed. If I could give them a negative 5 stars, I would.

  Stopped for a delicious sandwich. Perfection! Staff was great, clean and service was quick.

  Usually come in to this location no problems and love it. Today one of the male workers making food had a HORRIBLE attitude. Got irritated over a gluten allergy then proceeded to make other people's orders that came in afterwards instead. Then when asked a question he preceded to answer with a horrible attitude. I don't think I will be returning. This experience ruined my outlook on this store.

  I come here alot case im gluten free and I get a unwich but today there's a newish worker and I go all attitude from the workers and 3 people that was behind me got there food first before they even made mine the working was just rude and kind makes me now want to come here anymore not if im going to be treated like that like I was nice im so so sorry I cant get gluten and asked u to put paper down before like I do every time I come in here but today its a problem

  Horable customer service! $32 worth of food that was supposed to be DELIVERED because they do DELIVERY..... Was delivered to the wrong address. By Uber because they don't have a driver. So I get told I can come pick it up. Don't you think if I wanted to pick up food I would have gone to subway and saved some money.....
