Three times I have ordered a toasted bagel, each time the bagel has been a rock hard. I pay extra for cream cheese, which they barely put any on. Its ridiculous! We also ordered snackin' bacon, which was very soft and fatty. The coffee was decent this last time. Service is always very slow at this location, even when there are no customers. Unfortunately, we won't be going back to this location... Its too expensive for cold, old food to which they cannot make correctly.

I ordered an iced coffee with 5 creamers and 4 caramel swirls, but the drink I received was much darker than what you would expect with that amount of creamer and flavoring. This is not what I ordered or paid for, and the lack of accuracy has left me very dissatisfied. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return for a long time. It is unfortunate because I enjoy Dunkin’ but I cannot support a brand that is this unprofessional.

Multiple people talking on drive thru headsets at the same time. Staff seemed to be genuinely struggling with something. Better management needed or more help.

I spent some time working at a table while in between doctor appointments, and it was an enjoyable and productive experience. Also, the music playlist they had was great!
