I told her I had been waiting at the window for 10 minutes and came in to get it. She acted like she didn’t care and went to the window to get the order of the people behind me. She continued to ignore until the cook who couldn’t leave her station asked her about it. This is completely unacceptable and a terrible excuse for customer service.
