- JJJayboomusDec 2, 20252.0Food is good, portion sizes are all over the place, the restaurant is always filthy, and the staff isn't necessarily rude, they just don't interact with you whatsoever. It's like they're NPCs whose dialog is limited to asking "what protein" and "would you like queso." Chipotle is on a downward spiral and the Florence location is an excellent example of why.

But when we got there they had already started putting up most of the food. We asked if they were still open, which they said “Kind of.. yes we’re open until 11”. When I asked if I could get a burrito, the girl working was so rude and had a terrible look on her face when she said they couldn’t make any. Absolutely disappointed with the terrible service and rude employee, especially when it’s because you’re being asked to do the job you’re paid to do an hour before close. 👎🏻
