They charge you for dipping sauce without even telling you they're charging you for the dipping sauce and then when you called a complain they're like oh there's a sign on the door or the window. Okay? Well you still should have notified somebody without just charging them because I would have not paid for that Branch when I could get the ranch for the same amount at the store for four little cups rude employees, rude people and apparently just adding money to your card without even telling you we'll never go back to Bojangles again also, they didn't even have half of the food ready that should be ready during dinner time I only had three options of chicken to choose from the types of chicken for my order
