I used to absolutely love 7 brew but since they got this new system it has messed everything up. I have been a regular since the day they opened going just about everyday with the same card. Never had any issues until new system. I have had to contact customer service several times. There have been times I’ve been charged double and the manager (Alex) never wants to refund. always say they can’t do anything about it. Yet I’ve had a different manager refund a double charge before & she was happy to help and was very nice. BUT now They don’t want to take my card because it’s a dasher card. I have used that same card since they opened. Customer service has already told me I could use the card but the store absolutely refused to run it yesterday & this isn’t the 1st time. I literally used the card the day before for the ornament, then I go through for the 2 for $8 and they would not even take the card from my hand to scan it. I was like you’ve got to be kidding me, CS already said I could use this card and I just used it just the day before. I even showed them my transaction where it showed where I’ve been using it there and the email from CS stating I could use my card and they still refused to take it from my hands. I let them know this was absolutely ridiculous and I shouldn’t have to be contacting customer service every other day because one day they take my card and the next they don’t! Could not tell you how many times I’ve had to message CS since the new system. Customer service and this locations need to get it together.
