  Had it delivered and both pizzas were smashed to one side of the box pay extra and give a tip and this is what you get great service

  Ordered online and said it was ready for pickup. My order ended up missing, it was made but all 4 items were gone. No apology, nothing from the manager. Sat for another 15min for my order. All of the workers looked confused, I heard the manager said one of the employees kept messing up orders, the all looked lost. I will be taking my business somewhere else until they get more trained or new manager.

  This pizza surprised me with how good it was. Domino's has had its ups and downs over the years and it would appear that we are in an "up" time for Domino's. The app upsold me on their new parmesan bread bites and those were really good too. As Americans, we all know how much variance there is in pizza. I've had pizza that cost four times as much and be half as good as this pizza. It was certainly better than Papa John's was, I'll tell you that much. 10/10 would order again.

  i’ve been sick and haven’t wanted to eat anything at all but i was craving dominoes, out of all things, so my boyfriend called in the order to deliver to me. he gave the correct address and after, what was supposed to be 35 minutes, one hour and thirty minutes, they delivered to someone else at my complex. he called because the app said delivered. the person over the phone laughed and argued that he gave him the wrong address and we were still left with no food and they didn’t want to find a solution. my boyfriend had to ask what the next steps were because we paid for the food and delivery. they said we can wait another 20 minutes and we’d have the food. it’s been twenty minutes already and no food. i hate being rude because i know how it feels but this was literally all i wanted to eat and now we are out the money too. i’m just so bummed. had it been handled better i wouldn’t be saying a word because i know mistakes are human nature. it doesn’t take much to resolve a problem like this. especially not for me. so just skip doing the delivery option and just go pick it up or go through doordash. doordash has better customer service.
