- CCCarter Cameron3 days ago1.0Pickup order would be ready at 6:30pm per the app. Checked in at 6:30pm. Stood for 1hr and 15minutes before deciding to cancel the order. Management should be ashamed of letting this issue happen and not addressing the issue to the people waiting for an extended period of time. Multiple people canceled their orders after I told them how long we had been waiting. Saw a group of 5 get seated and eat and leave all while waiting. If there was a kitchen or staffing issue then they should have notified the customers.
