  Ordered on the app. Waited on our our food for over 20 minutes. The fries where cold. Ordered large onion rings they where cold and shorted my large order. The burgers where cold.

  I went there 3 days in a row and ordered the same thing every time. Smash burger no ketchup no mayo add mustard. Every single time they got it wrong. The 3rd time I ordered 3 instead of 2 because my son was with me, on one of them instead of using smash burger meat they chopped up a regular hamburger patty and put it on there like it wouldn't be noticed. The second time I just informed them when I arrived after ordering on the app that the burgers were custom. The worker snapped at me and proceeded to incorrectly make the sandwich again. Ive never had good service from thislocation. .

  So I pulled up at about 430. Push the button On the kiosk. The red light came on and said someone will be with you shortly. Sit there for 10 minutes son kept saying someone will be with you shortly. I drove around to the drive up window. There’s no other car in the parking lot. There’s no car at the drive up. But three girls are standing there talking to each other. Customer service at this restaurant is that best a bare minimal but today took the cake
