On the rare occasion that I have an issue, they fix it right away, no hassle. And their frosty machine is always working!

Today an elderly lady was the only customer ahead of me. The clerk brought out a small frosty. The lady stated "The coupon stated a medium frosty". The customer and the clerk started arguing about what the coupon did or did not say. I stood there for five minutes waiting to place my order while they argued. When the clerk stated "Oh I can't wait to get out of here!" I left and went to another restaurant.
