I understand when it's busy but not when you got 4 customers, the wait time shouldnt be 20 to 30 minutes. I had to leave my one item order behind because it was taking 20 minutes for a small smoothie. The day before that they ran outta hamburgers. So I ordered something else an was still there for 15 minutes for one mc chicken. A pre made Patti btw ???? Somebody should definitely figure out what's up at this McDonald's
