First, I could not remember the name of the new sandwich I saw advertised. (he’s called the Angus) At the drive thru, I asked the clerk what was the name of the new sandwich. Silence. I described it to her. Beef, peppers, onions, cheese, bun, etc. and again, just silence. Then she said The Italian. I found that but it didn’t have onions and peppers. I told her no, that wasn’t it. More silence. The Angus was not on the menu posted outside. I gave up and ordered a French Dip. I get to the window and did not receive an apology, napkins or a thank you. The sandwich was ok but not what I wanted. Simple courtesy should be taught to be a part of the fast food industry. And for goodness sake‘s, always always always add Napkins to a to-go order.
