I just left the new Fairhope location. I went inside to place a to go order. It consisted of two sandwiches, a 12 piece, 2 fries, and 3 drinks. There was no one in line when I entered the store. I waited 10 minutes for my food. The girl that took my order was spinning around with her hand above her head talking to a coworker after she took one order after mine. Once I got the bag, the 12 piece was missing. I thoroughly checked the bag. I told the cashier and she came over and looked in the bag thoroughly and then made me empty it to verify. Needless to say, the 12 piece was not there.
I will avoid this location in the future.

This Chick- Fil- A is so disappointing. I have gone about three times since they opened. Every time there has been a long wait at least 10- 15 minutes with a minimal amount of cars in line. My order was messed up the last two times I went. And our fries and nuggets were cold and not fresh. The only positive thing I have to say is that the employees are nice and not rude.

I really hate to do this but I am hoping reviews spur a change.... this place is a disaster. Slow. Messes up orders. Half filled drinks and fries. And honestly dirty. Shockingly dirty Bathrooms and restaurant floors. The staff is kind, but just can't cut it. Bring some Daphne staff over to show them the ropes, please!

I used the “mobile-thru” for the first time and just pulled all the way to the end and didn’t realize I had to scan the QR code. When I got to the end I explained to the older lady at the window that I had missed the QR code. She quite rudely told another younger lady right in front of me to explain to me where the “massive” QR codes were located and made big hand motions. I felt quite embarrassed at my small mistake that this woman did not seem to understand.

I visited this location on the day after they first opened and although they gave me the wrong drink, the food was still good and I cut them some slack because the employees were brand new and perhaps a bit overwhelmed.
I visited this location again on April 3rd at 7 PM and it was possibly the worst Chick-Fil-A experience I've ever had. The restaurant wasn't busy and when I walked inside, several CFA employees were gathered around the area where customers line up, impeding the path to the front counter and were just making conversation with each other.
When I got to the front counter, it took about 2-3 minutes before an employee named Bella acknowledged me and took my order. During that process, I attempted to use a coupon from the Chick-fil-A One app and she discovered that the barcode scanner was broken and we had to move to another register.
When we moved to another register and the scanning device worked, she became very confused for some reason and had to leave the register twice and go to the kitchen area to ask for help from the on-duty manager and/or the senior team leader. When she finally figured everything out and I was ready to pay, my food was ready, except that it was in a take-out bag and I told her that I was dining in. When I reminded the other employee that had my food that I was dining in, he just stood there and didn't take any action to correct my order.
None of the employees apologized to me for the lousy service and when Bella left the register for the 3rd time, I decided I wasn't going to give this location my hard-earned money and I left. I've already made a complaint to CFA corporate and I think I'm going to stick with the CFA in Daphne, AL where the service is usually excellent. Maybe I'll try this location again when they have competent management.
