  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. What should have been a quick stop turned into a 30+ min wait for food, which completely defeats the purpose of fast food. It was very clear that dine-in customers are not a priority here. While those of us inside were left waiting with no updates, the drive-thru line continued moving steadily. The lack of balance in service and attention to in-store guests was frustrating and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the only sink in the women’s restroom was out of service. Basic cleanliness and functionality should be a minimum standard, and this fell well below expectations. Overall, this location needs serious improvements in both operations and customer care. Based on this experience, I would strongly encourage others to avoid this McDonald’s until changes are made and I will be boycotting this place from now on.

  It took 40 minutes for my family to get our food. The workers were on their phones just standing there. Customers were just walking behind and grabbing stuff. The computers went down while they were preparing our food.

  When traveling I always stop at macdonalds for a snack and bathroom break.. the bathroom was disgusting and the sink didn't work..so when the employees use the bathroom how do they wash their hands?? Also when I tried to speak to someone they treated me very rudely..go to the next exit..

  This is the most disgusting restaurant I've ever been to. No toilet paper, no water in the bathroom. And, a large area of brown water at the counter. I asked one of the employees to bring some toilet paper to a lady in the bathroom and she just snubbed at me. Do yourself a huge favor and don't eat here. I left my food at the counter. Definitely not taking that chance. I'm absolutely disgusted. Tried to call the management group 🙄 of course no answer but you can leave a message. Right!!!

  This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. It took them 35 minutes just to hand me a single Happy Meal. On top of that, I went to the restroom, and it was disgustingly filthy; there was no toilet paper, and the sink had no running water. Furthermore, there was vomit everywhere—not to mention the terrible attitude displayed by the staff. This is truly the worst McDonald's I have ever visited.
