  The burger was cold and had a little pink in it there was way too much ketchup on the burger causing the bun to slide all over the place the tomato was so think It make it look like I was eating a bigger burger than what I ordered. The sweet tea smelt and tasted like they cleaned the pot with an old moldy rag it was the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with.

  We drove for an hour to get to a Wendy’s. Wow. Just wow. Worst Wendy’s we’ve ever ever seen-and that’s a lot, including Canada! The employees DO NOT WANT TO WORK! Please please Wendy’s corporate do something about this. They were rude, untrained, and even argumentative. We asked nicely for catsup-hot grape jelly. Asked for tea-we’re out. Asked for catsup-we’re out. Asked for coffee-we’re out We said please make some-so hubby goes to get it and a girl is pouring two cups back and forth into each other like she either spat in it or something worse. We poured it out. It was badly needed coffee for nice tired man who had to drive for several hours. We heard them laughing in the back after he got his coffee. The first cup was half full and cold. This is one of the worst experiences in a Wendy’s or any restaurant we’ve ever had. We will be calling corporate and talking to their district manager. There are honest good people that need jobs and this is our irresponsible people act. Disgusting. Hubby said they were out of paper towels in the men’s room and was told he didn’t do it right. Really?? I’ve never actually seen someone keep a job acting like this. DO NOT GO HERE.

  The first thing we noticed was how clean the restaurant was including the bathroom. We were greeted by the cashier with a kind voice and smile which made our experience pleasant from the start. We ordered two of our favs and that was Wendy's chili and loaded potato. They were out of baked potatoes so we asked to substitute with fries and were kindly accommodated. We also liked that the atmosphere was quiet as possible by staff. We will return to this Wendy's when visiting this area again. Owners would be proud of this restaurant staff and management.

  This location has employees with horrible attitudes. We waited about 10 mins before our order was taken. Every item was in its own bag, there was hardly any cause on the food, lady got mad when I asked for barbecue sauce. Had to go back and ask for salt because fries had none, drink machine mixes all flavors and was absolutely gross, they were "out" of tea at 1:00 in the afternoon. I understand being busy but a pleasant attitude can fix a lot of problems.

  This Wendy's is awful, waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru to pick up one baconator fries and a water. Get to the window. They asked me if I ordered a completely different sandwich. I said no. I ordered a baconator. She then answering my food. I get back onto the inner shape because this is a location right by the interstate so most people are traveling, wrong sandwich completely. No way to turn around now because I'm up the interstate. They don't answer phones. It seems that they've got a lot of incompetent. People who can't put together things that are shown how to put together by pictures. Don't come here. It's a waste of money. I now have a sandwich that I can't eat because it's covered in tomatoes which I'm allergic to. Thanks for that. Thanks for wasting my money and my time
