  4/30/26 I’ll admit the food was decent, it was nice and fresh but the woman in the drive thru was super rude with us, had a full attitude for no reason!! I understand fast food is a hard job to keep a good attitude with but no attempt was even made. And on top of it all she forgot my jalapeño ranch for my chicken. Made both me and my partner feel like an inconvenience just for coming through.

  It is 12:45 a.m. on this Tuesday morning, and although it is in the a.m. hours, it still feels as though it is Monday night for me. Per usual, about this time, I was hungry and Taco Bell is my "go to place". Even though I frequent the Taco Bell in Eufaula Alabama quite regularly , it was only tonight that Ive been fortunate enough to be given such amazing customer service by such polite and helpful employees that insured me an awesome fast food experience overall, in the drive through! This is certainly not something that happens often! Not at this Taco Bell or any other fast food drive through for that matter. I was so pleased by this rare experience that I decided to go and write this review. Tonight, there were 3 gentlemen working at the Taco Bell drive through in Eufaula Alabama. One gentleman was Dexter, who was working the drive through window, and there was another gentleman named Zane that was preparing the food, and last but not least, there was a gentleman named Bama, who seemed to have been working the front counter. However, he was the most helpful of all of them , even though I was in the drive through. Dexter was very polite and quite helpful in assisting me with making my selections and taking my order at the speaker, and continued to be very polite and professional at the window when I pulled around to pay. However , it was unfortunate that I only had a hundred dollar bill to pay for my order with, and bc my order was only twenty dollars, Dexter politely informed me that he was unable to break the $100 bill for me. As I was about to have to leave and go break that bill, which would have most likely resulted in me not returning for the food at all, the gentleman by the name of Bama overheard my situation, and politely offered to break that hundred dollar bill for me out of his own pocket. I thought that was very , very kind and very , very thoughtful of him and so I wanted to give a special thanks to him and a special thanks to Dexter for being extra helpful and amazing in customer service with a smile and equal recognition to the gentleman, by the name of Zayn, who was the one preparing the food making sure that the food was fresh, hot and neatly prepared.Thanks again, guys, to all 3 of you for an amazing overall taco bell experience. I don't think my drive through experience could have possibly been any better!!!!

  Am currently sitting in this establishment and enjoying the friendly employees and food. I had the Cantina Chicken Burrito, and it was made to perfection. It was so good I actually went and complimented them on the taste and quality of the food. Sarah Jakeya was so gracious and kind, she's awesome. I wish I could give her and her fellow employees 10 stars. Will definitely be back. Picture of half eaten burrito, it was so good I didn't think to take a picture before.

  When I tell you Jakeya gave me the BEST customer service. Just by her tone and how she delivered offering me different things along with the one thing I thought I was going to order. I was totally was impressed by the way I ended up with a whole meal and dessert at the end of her ordering my order. Girl I give you a perfect 20 out of 10. Thank you for making me smile and being the best drive thru customer service lady in the whole Eufaula. 🩷 Hope to see you soon. Keep up the great work.
