This is the 1st time in 30 something years in my life that I took the time out of my day to write a review for anything, but because I find myself coming to this place being the only place open at this hour of the night. I keep telling myself and the family every time I buy things off of the menu for with my hard earned money that I will never come back here not only due to the quality of the food but the service as well. It is beyond my comprehension how this place is even in operation. It is over looked not only by the managers but the workers as well. We have had to talk to the manager before and they disrespected my wife with an attitude and told her before she even finished speaking “you only get one scoop that’s it” the manager. There were 2 pieces of steak in a $6 burrito, my wife’s chalupa was hard as a rock and that was only 1 of the several times we had some kind of problem. Every single time we have gone to this place every single time something is wrong someone is rude or it takes for ever to get food that is wrong. I apologize to have to write this but some one needs to be held accountable. Please fix this Taco Bell, thank you.
