  When I went to Wendy's this last time the only thing I ordered was a chocolate frosty that had absolutely no taste to it and they handed me a straw and I asked for a spoon they said oh I'm sorry but we can give you a fork we don't have spoons I'm like what the hell I won't Go back

  This place Needs to be shut down!! I sat at the speaker waiting for someone to take my order for over 10mins while the line started to wrap around the building! I finally pulled to the window to see what’s was going on and the drive through worker got an attitude , one standing behind her eating a frosty …the manager walking around looking clueless whole staff just unprofessional! I do not recommend

  Twice, I’ve ordered a frosty and both times they were luke-warm and almost liquid. The texture is foamy. I’ve aLao ordered food from the Enterprise Wendy’s twice before and the quality was terrible, stale fries and colder than the frosties. Coming from someone who’s worked in the restaurant industry, I try to give grace. But this Enterprise Wendy’s needs help. The employees are polite and that’s never been an issue. But when it comes to caring about the quality of the food they are serving, leadership reflects character. And there is a definite lack in leadership (most likely the franchise owners). I understand that I am no food critic and that Wendy’s is a fast food chain and not a 5 star restaurant and I would never expect perfection. But it’s obvious that the franchise owners don’t care about the quality of the food their employees are serving. Whether it be a lack of encouraging employee morale, or a lack of caring whether or not the food is good as long as they’re raking in money. Franchise owners, please check on your stores and check on your employees to make sure that they have enough incentive to provide the necessary quality of food and service. The fact that when I get to a different city and get excited to order from a different Wendy’s because ours kinda sucks…sucks.

  Get to the drive thru and I’m ordering, I ask to hang on a second. I was then told that I am holding up the drive thru and messing up their drive thru time. There was one car behind me and I had 5 kids in the car I’m trying to order from. Very rude person working the drive thru.
