  Please note this is for the McDonalds on the Southside of town. Three times now, and at different times of the day, my food has either been cold or incorrect and I was told that it wasn't their problem the new Demon Huntrix meal didn't contain the collectable card. The management was pretty rude about it when I asked.

  Ordered 1 crispy chicken biscuit barely anyone inline. Waited 12 minutes for 1 chicken biscuit. Called asking how much longer was told a couple more minutes. I said to cancel it and ask for refund they said OK and hung up. Called again asking about refund gets told that they can’t give refund unless I’m there as if I don’t have work to go to. I recommend going to any other place if you value time or don’t have the time to sit and wait.

  Placed breakfast order and picked up at the drive thru window. Got home and discovered the hash browns couldn't be eaten. Looks like it sat out overnight and was hard as a rock. Why would you serve this to your customers?

  Sure the foods good but I happen to have a problem with the night shift because it says open 24hours when they decline all called in orders at night and any over the phone.

  They lost my online order even though I had a paid receipt waited 20 min to reboot system so they make sure I ordered there, tried to charge me 50 cents for 2 pickles after waiting 20 minutes for online order that was supposed to be ready...
