  Ordered a shake but the shake was vanilla along with the toppings were not mixed. So it wasn't as good as other sonics we've been to

  Twice in 2 weeks waited more than 15 minutes without anyone answering the call button. The business has become dilapidated, poor staffing, unprofessional.

  The service for the most part is okay but food not so much. Me and my bf placed a mobile order for an Oreo milkshake and a hot fudge Sunday. There was barely any Oreo’s in the shake and barely any fudge in the Sunday even though I asked for xtra.

  First visit took multiple attempts to get someone to help me. The only thing I ordered was a slushy, It came out completely white with no strawberry color or flavoring in it. I had to pour a third of it out to get to the flavoring in the bottom to stir it up with a spoon that I had to provide myself. I would think they would have enough time to blend it for me where I don’t have to do it myself in my car make a mess 2/21/2026 Went back again today and all I wanted to order was a slushy Tried three times at one booth Drove all the way around the business Tried another booth Three more times Gave up and left the restaurant Came back later and stood at the very front of the restaurant in front of the employees and got out of the car Hit the button never no response from anyone I don’t think the management cares about this place nor its customers Call me I would love to manage this restaurant for you and turn it around. Your restaurant is a joke currently Outside is dirty, employees look sloppy, and the device that I pulled up to the order was hanging in the air and could’ve fell down and hit me on my head
