- NKNathan Keen6 days ago1.0My wife, our friend and I decided to eat McDonald’s late tonight and when we arrived, I was told they didn’t have my order even tho I told them I had the code. Finally after telling me they had it, when I pull around, I get met with no hi or anything, I got my receipt and proceeded to the next window, i got my drinks and still no word, I waited for my food to which I said I was missing my McFlurry, before I could even finish my sentence, I get told that it’s refunded to me with no question on if I wanted to replace it or not. They slammed the window and walked off, I was kind and calm during the entire process. When I got home, my wife’s sauce was not correct, also my friend had a hair in her food. This was the first time in a long time to eat McDonald’s and now I remember why we don’t eat here.
