I went here yesterday and service really sucks. I asked for my sausage egg and cheese McMuffin to be well done and both were burnt . We were there in the morning time and there was French fries from the day before on the floor

Liz was very nice and helpful. The manger with the pink hair was rude. I have been waiting on my order for over 20 mins, I ask about how much longer it will be and she replied with an attitude “It’s not ready!”. I try to be patient, I worked fast food (McDonald’s), you need to be more polite to your customers

I ordered the strips with hot mustard and didn’t get my sauce. How hard is it to put sauce in the bag. I worked there before and this happened all the time and people just didn’t care. There is three different places with sauces. How hard is it to look and put the sauce in the bag. All I really wanted was my sauce.

This location demonstrated an astonishing level of incompetence and dishonesty.
We were clearly instructed by staff to pull into mobile pickup parking spot #3 and then left there for approximately 40 minutes with zero communication. When two of us finally approached the drive thru window to ask what was going on, we were met with hostile, rude, and aggressive behavior instead of a basic explanation.
Staff then flatly denied giving us the instruction to park, which is either a failure of memory or a deliberate lie. Neither is acceptable.
When the food finally arrived, my burger was entirely incorrect, despite me verifying the order multiple times beforehand. While it was eventually remade, the staff refused to provide a sauce that we had already paid for, claiming they could not give out “free” sauce. This was false. The sauce was on the receipt. To make the excuse even more ridiculous, they handed us multiple ketchup packets we did not request or pay for.
The refusal was not about policy. It was retaliatory because we insisted they correct their own mistakes.
Mistakes happen in fast food. Lying to customers, refusing paid items, and responding with aggression when called out is unprofessional and unacceptable. Management should seriously reevaluate who they put behind the counter.

Stopped around 9am for a Steak Bagel, and it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Everything was fresh and hot just the way I love it.
