The server who took my order was very polite, but our food was not edible, the chicken nuggets were so hard we couldnt eat them and our burgers looked like hockey pucks. The fries were even soggy and not fresh at all and considering how busy they were we should have gotten fresh food

Consistently behind in the drive through requiring extended wait times. You can see it vividly on a Saturday morning at about 10 where the line extends all the way out to Boll Weevil Circle. This backup affected my order this morning. We placed an order at 10:12 for breakfast got in line at 10:20 and couldn't get to the speaker to let them know we were there for our pickup until 10:31. When we finally got to the speaker we were simply told "we're on lunch now. You'll have to order something else." I explained we ordered well in advance and couldn't help that the line was backed up to the circle. Their response was "Ok we're cancelling your order have a nice day". It simply demonstrates that the team at this location is not proactive in preparing orders and runs the operation reactively and always behind resulting in extended wait times. My challenge to anyone reading this is, see if you can get an accurate order when you arrive at the window or if your pulled off to a parking spot to wait. I've only had it happen once in the past year. Curious how bad this spot really is. Also, Sonic does breakfast after 10:30 if you get your breakfast cancelled at the drive through window at 10:31.

Don't come to this McDonald's on boil weevil cr in enterprise al they scammed me out of $26 on 10/25/2025... 2:59 am I have proof that I placed the order and never got my 5 fish 🐟 fillets an now they won't refund me my money, I tried to call the manager, but they lied like they took down my name, number, and email..then I get to McDonald's on 10/29/2025 10:00 pm and the manager is being rude.

Folks you can always count on this McDonald's to provide hot Fries and Cold Drinks. Now sometimes you have to wait because of the line is backed up. I always try to avoid the line and go inside to place my order. Now the Breakfast is definitely worth trying if you haven't been there yet. Yes indeed give this location a try 👍

Put in an online order when I first got to the drive-thru they literally tried to tell me and discourage me from placing an order because they said they were running behind I explained I had placed my order online and and while they attempted to discourage I stated there is no one in the Drive-Thru except one person in front of me this does not make sense still took over 10 minutes to get my food it was marked it was marked received before I received my food
