He ordered the three piece tenders in mild sauce without the tender dipping sauce and with fries. My tenders had no mild sauce on them or even on the side, they threw in the dipping sauce and finished it off with completely stale (almost completely hard) french fries.
- KRKevin Rice3 days ago1.0food is fine but the cooks or something are lazyyyyy i’ve ordered there from doordash plenty of times and my food is always wrong each time. and i have to reorder and call up there and let them know my food was wrong and im ordering it again and to make sure its right and what i ordered. it’s either my bonlesss wings or tenders are NEVER tossed when i get them tossed they are really lazy on the dry seasoning when getting dry seasoning on fries. it’s just sad. do better and please make the food how people order it. this needs to be fixed asap

He was so busy, mind you it was Veterans Day, he still mad a point to talk to my kids and give us a great experience. We have been her before and it was to say just ok but today was fun and the food was amazing. Thank you for the meal and we will be back!!!
- DMDavis MarlarNov 11, 20251.0ok i’ve dined at many BWW in my life. this one specifically, three times. every single time: 20 minutes until approached by a server for drinks, 20 more minutes until order placed, 20 more minutes until food brought to table. the servers are great people, but this specific location has a poor process for delivering quality service. an easy fix with the right management or leadership to come in and set the right system in place.

Last evening we went for dinner, took 30 min to be served our food!! The chicken on a chicken breast sandwich was FLAT OVERCOOKED IMPOSSIBLE TO BITE THROUGH!!! The fries were rubbery....horrible food!! Will not go back.
