  BWW Enterprise has had some ups and downs. Now under new management, things seem to be looking up. Throughout these ups and downs, we remained customers. This was mainly because of a Bella, our preferred server. Even on the worst of nights, she remained cheerful, polite, attentive, and timely. Bella is a beacon of joy!

  My friend and I recently went to this location and was greeted and seated by this angel of a server, Bella. She provided the best service to us, if we needed something she was always there, if our cups were empty or almost empty, she brought out new ones, and she always checked in on us. She mentioned getting the cheese curds with the caramel sauce, I was very iffy about it but I ordered it anyways, and it came out almost instantly, and it was the best thing I had been recommended from a server.

  I went on Saturday for lunch. We had Bella as our server. I waited a few minutes and was greeted with a huge smile! She was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu! She gave a lot of recommendations and I ended up trying the buffalo wrap with potatoes wedges. The food was great! The service was a 10/10. Definitely recommend visiting and requesting her as your server!

  Third time being waited on by Hannah. Never rush to serve us but rush to get us out the door. Have to flag her down for refills or orders but she is quick to put that bill in front of you. Had to tell her multiple times not to give us the bill we are not ready. We are locals and frequent this establishment. Not anymore....

  Not that impressive overall. There's a reason we rarely go to BBW and its the price! My goodness it's expensive for some decent at best wings and fries. The only thing that saved this last experience was the waiter and the lunch deals. It took a very long time once I was seated to have anyone acknowledge me. The food took unbelievably long to come out. It was hot at least. The waiter was attentive and friendly though. He was great! And I do love a few of the sauces you can ony get at BBW. The layout of this BBW was interesting. The bar is in the very middle and then seating is all around the bar. Its basically one big square with the bar in the middle. I doubt I'll go back. Nothing against the workers there, but the price is just too much for the quality you get.
