Several times we showed up and their grill was not working or shut down during business hours, making grilled chicken sandwiches unavailable. Seemingly every time we make an order at the drive thru, we have long wait times, and the when we finally get to the window to pay, our order is not ready and we are told go to the parking lot to wait for our food. We've waited as long as 15minutes for our food. This last time we went we had to go to the parking lot to wait for our chicken sandwiches. We got home and saw the sandwiches had brown lettuce on them, questionable looking tomatoes, and the mayonnaise was runny. My wife took two bites of her sandwich and got sick within 10 minutes. I threw my sandwich away. Enterprise bojangles used to be a great establishment to get a good meal at a great price with prompt service. Not anymore.
