After 15 minutes my wife asked what was taking so long and she was told that the drive thru got busy. Sorry that's no excuse!! 10 minutes later when we got our food my wife's Roadt beef sandwich was cold and messy as was mine. Curly fries was cold and over cooked almost burnt. If I could have gave a zero I would have. The one food handler went to the bathroom and didn't wash his hands. I know this because I went in after he came out and the sink was dry! I will be calling the health department Monday. Bathroom was dirty and nasty smelling.
