  Drive through employee card machine didn't work so my order never went through. When I got to the window they ask her what my order was and she told them wrong. I asked them to correct the order and they proceed to pour the ingredients into what was already made. Needless to say it was un-drinkable. They are receiving 2 stars instead of 1 because I was not charged for it.

  Zion took my order and he was probably the best person I’ve ever met. His service was better than any I’ve received and I’ve had great service before. The drink was wonderful. I don’t even like coffee but this coffee was so good I liked it. Thank you Zion. Thank you to the people who made my drink. I will remember this experience forever.

  Went through the drive thru and can’t recommend it enough, Zion was working and made sure I got my drink quickly and even recommended me some things to try next time!! 7brew customer service is amazing, I can tell he actually cares about the quality of his work and interactions with customers, and if he’s not a shift lead or a team trainer already he totally should be!!

  I usually get my coffee from Bean Bros or Boldy Going but since it was out of my way from work this morning, I decided on 7brew. It didn’t look too bad before I pulled in(traffic wise) but I was directed into the outermost line which I sat in for a solid 15 minutes, just watching the line I was just in move with barely any wait. I watched five different vehicles who were behind me leave with their order before I was anywhere near the drink area. The truck in front of me also randomly got their drink from a worker a little over half way into my wait and was able to pull out of line to leave(I assume maybe the worker knew this person). I sat there for five more minutes after that. The wait isn’t even the worst part. I have had the peppermint mocha once before from when they let different businesses try them out and I liked it! This time it seriously just tastes like I waited 15 minutes for chocolate milk. There is not a single hint of coffee in this sugary, over priced drink. Just tastes like flavored milk. I am tremendously upset over this. I very rarely get coffee and this completely ruined my morning. I have so much to do and this coffee was supposed to be the fuel for these things. Not to mention it was almost $10 for a medium drink with ZERO COFFEE IN IT!!! That’s the worst thing about this. The workers were sweet, just felt bad for them having to stand out in the cold. Having these girls run in between cars to give out drinks is also something I scratched my head at, especially with no heaters anywhere in sight for them…. but whatever. I won’t be back, that’s for sure. If you want actual coffee, go somewhere local. Learn from my mistakes. Go to Boldly Going or Bean Bros for actual coffee, no some money grab flavored milk franchise. I think even Starbucks has drinks that taste more like coffee compared to this place.

  On 10/29 I came to this location as I do all of the time, and it resulted in one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced as a customer of color regarding the general manager of this location. I was not only lied on, I was disrespected, I was discriminated against, and painted out as the angry black woman. This is a narrative that has gone on for way too long, and as someone who not only has Not only spent a lot of money with this company, I even celebrated their 500 location as well as their location opening. It is heartbreaking to have gone through this as someone who Suffers with a mental disability, I am genuinely grateful I had my service animal with me at the time. Unfortunately, what led to this event was me simply bringing up a safety violation regarding the drive-through Have ultimately caused an accident, Never in 1 million years what I think me bringing this to the general managers attention And where I now stand with this company. It is not my intentions to fault anyone who supports them, but I want to remind You that supporting local IS THE WAY TO GO. Especially if you are a customer of color, you don’t have to agree with me, but I will always exercise my first amendment. Much love.
